BACSV is a must. I can add if you have both BACSV and BAA. Open to other plus options.

I was just asking myself the very same question!

Because HJ 17 is a sweet mess and not close to the quality of previous batches. Having tried all 3 I wouldn’t trade BA csv 1:1 with HJ 17. Definitely an off year for 3 Floyd’s.

@odcardinal and I have disagreed on this multiple times in the past, so no one should see this as us arguing but simply the difference of opinions.

I disagree that it was an off year with Handjee '17. I too have had the previous 3 years batches (current Handjee '18 to be opened in a month) and to me the difference is marginal when compared to even highly coveted Handjee '16. Maybe my palate isn't refined enough, but looking at the Untappd reviews as well (take it with a grain of salt) indicate an avg score of 4.80 for Handjee '17 and a 4.85 for Handjee '16. To me that is a marginal difference as well. Handjee '17 to me is close enough to that of '16 that I would not bother trading for Handjee 16 considering the absurd extra cost to obtain a bottle. I think a lot of that score and the 'greatest Handjee of all times proclamations' are largely the result of hype from such a lower bottles count (something like 660 for '16 and 1227 for '17).

I've traded away Handjee'16 (for BAA 17 + Tete b1) and I've traded away a Handjee '17 (for Assassin '14 1:1). Each time the party came away very happy with what they traded for.

Additionally, I think the OPs offer is a very good one and I would be very enticed if I had a bottle of Handjee '17 to trade.

    Good luck OP.
