What's your Trader Joes charging for these? And have all Trader Joe's stepped up their game or just certain locations?

Anyone try the Black Raspberry Dreamsicle yet? For some reason I have high hopes for that one...

Easy drinker that one...Smooth, berry flavors are not overpowering, creamy but not overly so. Enjoy during this warmer weather.

Was 12.99 for Infinite Galaxy and like 14.99 for Black Raspberry Creamsicle I believe? NvU is like 10.99, Lizard King is 8.99.

The Batavia trader joes literally gets every PipeWorks drop, its pretty stellar.

I was pretty disappointed in it and I generally love Pipeworks. It didn’t taste like berry, it just tasted vaguely dirty to me. Totally enjoyed this batch of infinite galaxy though.

I was able to grab singles of both Dreamsicle & Infinite Galaxy at Bottles & Cans today...can't wait to give both a try!

Are they due for a BA Jones Dog / Hyper Dog release? I enjoy so a lot of their brews and these were some of my favorites.

They mentioned on Instagram that this is the time of year that they start to "wake up" their barrel aged beers...I'd expect to see an uptick in this stuff moving forward.

Just had last year's BA Hyper Dog over the weekend & it was great...plus I pulled BA Jones Dog from the cellar & it's in the fridge.

I'm hoping to replace those in short order!!

Any idea when they will release leftover FWB?

They are supposed to be holding the FWB bottles from the last release through Sept 22nd.

I can vouch that there will be at least one brandy available that day. I opted against taking one after I heard the reviews of it being too hot.

Too hot!? Surrender your mancard (and FWB membership) to me immediately.

Staying near Forbidden Root next weekend for a long weekend, is there any easy way to get to the Dojo outside of an Uber? It looks like it's a pain in the ass to get to but I'd like to pick up beer to bring back from my trip.

if you don't mind taking two different buses it's doable.

Yeah, besides taking two buses each way, there is really no easy way to get there...

I live right by FR. Your best bet is to get a divvy and googlemap the route. Best way is the 606 imo. It's a 25-30 min bike ride

Oh man, I really hope I go for a jog on the 606 and end up seeing a dude, sweating profusely and looking quite nervous, while he balances a case of BA treasures on his divvy handlebars....

We’re very welcoming in chi town. I’ll invite you over, treat you to an impromptu bottle share, beat you in basketball, and then make you pancakes.
