I certainly know the way to my beer fridge after a long, boring day at work with no break...

Two and a half hours later and having to go into the computer registry to change some things, this insanely stupid HP Software finally installed. :triumph: I need a big beer.

New beer for me, thanks to @cjgiant.

Smells of sweet roasted malt and chocolate, and dark caramel.

Tastes of chocolate, vanilla, caramel, and a continuous build of pepper. The pepper is not in excess, each sip just builds on it.
    Cheers!

Hope you're enjoying it, and the evening. You made it on page #3, too, drinking so... early... in the evening

Might split one with the GF next.

Since the number of styles was expanded I got the urge to tick another couple off, hence the Asahi.

Not really feeling the need to have this one again. If I'm feeling Japanese beer, I think I'll reach for a Sapporo Black.

Daisy Cutter is great! I have some in my fridge, the current canned on date for that one is 8/24/18 just to give you a heads up on the batch. I am surprised you haven't found any yet though.

Canadian Radler. Awesome! Great fluffy head retention and spotty lacing on the glass. Aromas and flavors of huge lightly tart ruby red grapefruit juice, citrus peel/zest, lemon, pear, white grape, and red apple fruits; with some cracker, white bready malts; mild herbal/grassy hops. Light-moderate fruit tang/tartness; and light herbal, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Medium-high carbonation, light-medium body, and moderately crisp/clean finishing. Balanced grainy malts and citrus acids/tang in the mouthfeel; with light sticky hops. Light-moderate increasing tart/tangy/carbonated dryness. Very flavorful/refreshing, 3.1%. Not watery. Amazingly vibrant citrus/fruit juice flavors; with a solid pils malt backbone, and mild earthy hops. Really loved this a lot, amazing for the style. 4.1

Fantastic DIPA! Amazing lasting head retention and thick soapy lacing on the glass. Aromas and flavors of huge grapefruit, mandarin orange, lemon, peach, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, berries, citrus peel/rind, light pepper, and pine hops; with moderate honey, toasted biscuit, light caramel malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-full body; balanced creamy/bready malts and sticky hops in the mouthfeel. Light resins/rinds, light-moderate increasing lingering bitter dryness. No hop astringency. Very smooth sipping, not aggressive, minimal warming 9%. Definitely feels like Citra, Simcoe, and Amarillo! Very juicy and fairly dank/earthy hops; great bready malt backbone, mild residual sweetness with lingering bitter dryness. Sweeter version of the base beer. Not sure if the hops are any different. Past review shows many similarities. 4.23
