Great scoop! There's a trademark out on that name through a Minnesota law firm, a Facebook page with no posts but the right general location, and a Lupulin Exchange profile for a brewery of that name with a user name that matches to an assistant brewer at Wicked Wort (which I won't name in case it's a different guy).

You found us! We wondered how long that would take.

We’ve got a lot of work to do, but we’re very excited to share some pints with you all. You will see some Tripels, Golden and Dark Strongs on our menu, but we will not be a solely Belgian-focused brewery. Stealing a phrase from a mentor of mine, good beer tastes good.

We're going to be a part of next year's thread, opening in early to mid-2019. We’re thinking a Beer Advocate meetup before we open to the public sounds like fun. Shoot me a DM on here if you want to be a part of our mailing list and stay updated on our progress.

Back on page 10 I see someone posted about Lake of the Woods Brewing Company.

Rumor has it they have recently closed on the old firehall along the River in Warroad. And should be open sometime this winter.

They are not brewing at Black Stack. Rumor has it Flat Earth or Octopi in Madison maybe where they are brewing.

EDIT: I made some calls and somebody saw it being packaged at Fair State.

They are going to have their own beers available and some interesting imported breweries from Europe to try on draft.

That is a very good thing. Every time I go there it's packed to the gills. More seating is a very good thing. Can't wait to go to the finished product.

Fair State seemed the obvious answer, but who knows?

Hope spring eternal (and yes there’s definitely an echo in here).

Hopefully he brings F-town's outstanding reputation for quality control. And if they could also bring along that recipe for their sour peanut butter porter...omg, heaven!

Too bad that they won't be able to can...... that seems like a missed opportunity, a standout for so many reasons! I wonder what their distributor (College City) will say about this sad move of Mr. Temke away from F-town. I mean, they must be so bummed.

    Quoting from the Strib article:

Yeah, good chance that debt wasn't going to be repaid regardless. Can't win; don't try. Good work St. Paul municipal government, as always.

Apologies for my cynicism, but reporters should be 1) mentioning F-Town's default on the debt to Rice County, 2) asking Temke about that default, and 3) asking St. Paul officials about the wisdom of giving a sweetheart deal to a guy/group with that recent performance record. Shit happens in business, so I'm not trying to crucify the entrepreneur for an unsuccessful venture, but it shouldn't be swept under a rug and ignored, especially given the public policy implications (the group is borrowing money, or in this case essentially being gifted a building, from government entities, putting taxpayers on the hook for its failures). All of this stuff is in the public record and should be easily discoverable, especially with journalists' tools and alleged investigative prowess. The article doesn't even mention F-Town, let alone its financial struggles, which leads me to suspect that the reporter didn't even do a simple Google search on the subject of the article.

Not sure if this has been brought up before. Seems Inbound has added to its list of brands. Now there is Just Plain Wrong Brewing listing Shakopee as a location but owned by one of the people at Inbound and brewed at Inbound. The brand has been around for a year but the first I encountered them was today.
