Part of the @TongoRad haul, this Keller beer is outstanding - the addition of Mandarina Bavaria hops to an already very good beer nudges this to “world-class lawnmower beer” territory.

    I don’t say that lightly.

This is also a new brewery to me. Based on “new to me” and quality of beers, @TongoRad is Robert Plant.

I’ll be back tomorrow morning with a review of my first beer from New Jersey(how is that possible?) before I get on a plane to get my ass kicked (professionally) in Connecticut on Monday.

    Wish me luck!

The optimist in me would say you join @FlintB as they need all the help they can get!

The pessimist in me says choose carefully as I don’t believe you’ve identified your sender yet.... Or am I mistaken????

Here's what was in the box from @Victory_Sabre1973 that I got earlier today:

Those are some big suckers! A wheat wine and a rye wine?!! You don't see those every day. And vintage bottles, too! It's shaping up to be the perfect time of year for them, so they will come in damn handy before too long. Plus the Hooey, which is chilling down as we speak; absolutely love the name ! They all look fantastic, James, thank you so much!

Oh vey! Not only getting your ass kicked, but in Connecticut as well?!!:grin: Good luck, my man...

Zero Gravity's lager game is incredibly strong, and I don't say that lightly either; that just may be one of the top lagers on the east coast, imo. Glad to see you're enjoying it as much as I do. Cheers, and thanks again!

The Rye Wyne 2017 is amazing, and it does age well. I still have a bottle of 2011, and several of the 2017, and it is just killer. Depending on what I decide to do on Thursday, I might be getting more bottles of it.

The Wheat Wine actually earned Silver in that category at the GABF this year.

    Hooey is a stellar NEIPA.

Rev 3 is a anniversary RIS from the local - Beaver Island.

I'm guessing that the big package will show up Monday.

Yeah, leave it to the post office to separate them like that. But, hey, at least this one was early and not late :sunglasses:.

Those all sound awesome- thanks again!

So I have a question for the PA guys in this. Is there a chance anyone has access to Saucony Creek Maple Mistress? Several years ago a lady I work with and myself were in Pa. for the week and found this beer on draft and we both loved it. She is coming for a week of training in a month or so and was hoping I could get a four or six pack if it is out for us to split. Thanks.

Much to my chagrin, NO I HAVE NOT. :grinning:

I have narrowed it down to three potentials, all active, and have called out @spersichilli as his hints are the only ones that do not lean away from me at some point.

But I think it's most likely that I accidentally (read: drunkenly) eliminated someone else at some point that I shouldn't have, and my sender is someone else entirely. Or it's a very sneaky @LehighAce06

Got a kick out of when you expressed interest in Upland in the thread a few days back, cuz the bottle was already on its way.

Regular BBA Framinghamer is my favorite of that series. Hope you enjoy it. I tried to get some of the Maker series for this round, but couldn't find any. (I did hear from a brewery rep that they have a wheatwine coming soon -- possibly through their spinoff brewery.)

The Anchor was honestly just packing material. There was a space in the box that shaped bottle fit perfectly. I do hope you enjoy it though.

Thanks for all your work organizing this thing year after year. Cheers!

I love OSA! I've heard so much about Framinghammer, now I'm gonna have to hunt down the base version. I love Wheatwines, and not enough breweries make them!

Accidentally deleted vidblain off untapped. Does anyone else find the large remove friend button that is also centrally located a pain in the ass. I've deleted a few over the years accidentally
