    When I lived in Texas for 9 months last year (it’s a long story), that beer was always in my fridge. Phenomenal, IMHO.

    I'd agree, to get hops that good Charlotte is 2 hours away. I can get word class Bavarian beers here, maybe 10 minutes, but the best hoppy stuff is in Charlotte or Buriel in Asheville.

    Well living in TX for 9 months seems unfortunate at least from my standpoint. There's hot then there's Texas hot, and it's hot for so long. But the Yelow Rose would be a nice prize.

    25ish for me, but I’m also by the bypass, so 35ish to Transient too. I’m the meat in an awesome local brewery sandwich!

    I’ve done the French press with toasted coconut before but have had better luck with adding half or whole split vanilla bean, and/or cinnamon stick and recapping the bottle with a home brew style recapper. Fresh fruit and IPAs work well (for me) with the French press.
