Trying to get into shape. Rehydrating with this one after a good workout. What could go wrong? Oh, and I think this is ridiculously good.

Fantastic gueuze as usual. Great fluffy head retention/foamy lacing. Aromas of big tart lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, citrus peel/zest, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, melon, red/green apple, brandy, white grape/wine, oak, hay, straw, grass, peppercorn, leathery/musty funk, and wet wood; with moderate wheat, crackery malts; light oaken vanilla, and yeast earthiness. Moderate peppery yeast/oak tannin spiciness and light-moderate lactic tartness on the finish. Medium-high carbonation, medium body, and moderately crisp/clean finishing. Balanced bready/grainy malt and oak tannins in the mouthfeel; some acidic tang. Moderate increasing tart/spicy/carbonated dryness; no pucker/astringency. Refreshingly smooth, not overly lactic, minimal warming 8%. Classic barnyard Gueuze Brett/Bacteria funk profile; balanced pale/wheat malts against acidity; and nice calvados barrel presence/integration. Very similar to the other Vats as expected, but differences coming from the barrels used. 4.25

Awesome Brett IPA! Fantastic lasting head retention/foamy lacing on the glass. Aromas and flavors of big lightly tart lemon, lime, grapefruit, tangerine, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berries, red/green apple, citrus peel/rind, peppercorn, and pine hops/yeast; with moderate wheat, cracker, white bread dough malts; hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, light musty brett funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, grassy bitterness; peppery yeast spiciness; and light Brett tang/tartness on the finish. Medium carbonation/body, and fairly crisp finishing. Balanced creamy/bready/grainy wheat and sticky hops in the mouthfeel; light resins/rinds and tangy Brett. Light-moderate increasing bitter/spicy dryness, no hop astringency. Very smooth, not overly aggressive, 7.3%. Simcoe, Citra, and Cascade. Very juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank/earthy hops; balanced Brett yeast complexity; and a nice pale/wheat malt backbone, with minimal residual sweetness from lingering dryness. Would buy again easily. They are very good at making this style. 4.13

Next up another beer from @brutalfarce . Black Hog Brewing Kyuri, a rice ale brewed with cold pressed cucumber juice fermented with Sake yeast. Drinks like a cucumber saison.

Your counter may be uneven.

Much like the first 5 minutes of the Caps game and first inning of the Wild Card game. The A's may need to go to the pen already. I mean... I guess... never mind.

If I recall, you have two young kids. So if the myth about oysters is true I suggest you stay away from them unless you want to add more babies to the house
