Sorry I’ve been away from the thread, boys - long week at work and other stuff. I’ll rectify that the next few days with a bevy of beers from @TongoRad and @SammyJaxxxx. Tonight, this killer DIPA from Industrial Arts, a brewery I never even heard of before, but now love.





Juice bomb deluxe, with dank grapefruit and mango flavors crushing my palate. More, please.

 

My first beer from Magnify, courtesy of @SammyJaxxxx. I love maple syrup, and this excellent imperial stout has more maple flavor than Aunt Jemima. A pleasure to drink.

 

Just so you know not to look for the USPS, provided nothing goes wrong and the beer I am waiting goes on week after next.

I believe that. Did you count my LIF box to @akatz821 ? I think the haul photo may have been posted to Cans Cans or Rookies BIF - can't recall which. I forgot how much was in there, but... it was a 12 shipper.

Yeah but I owe him big time a large flat rate is not going to do it. I have also had 3 packages in the last 4 weeks from them that leaked and the lady seemed a little pissed this week as she brought me a bag with my box in it.

 

Digging back into @strohme2 box for this imperial IPA from Short's Hellacious Rock. Really nice IPA great malt backbone very impressed how well the alcohol is hidden.




Appearance 4.25 - Pours slightly cloudy golden color with big fluffy white head and sticky lacing all around the glass.

Aroma 4 - Very mild tropical fruit mango and orange mostly with a grapefruit undertone. Slight malt aroma and floral hops.

Taste 4 - Big hot of floral hops up front back with a great malt flavor. Nice citrus peel, grapefruit and overly ripe pineapple on the finish.

Feel 4 - Medium bodied well carbonated with a slightly dry finish no sign of the alcohol.

Overall 4.02 - Really well done imperial IPA great solid malt backbone with nice citrus.

I use USPS exclusively, and have for probably a couple hundred shipments.
