Fantastic witbier as always. Aromas and flavors of big lemon, orange zest, pear, red apple, melon, coriander, peppercorn, clove, and light banana/bubblegum yeast; with balanced wheat, biscuit dough, light honeyed malts; herbal/floral/grassy spice and yeasty earthiness. Mild herbal/grassy bitterness, yeast spiciness, and wheat tang/tartness on the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; very creamy/silky/bready wheat mouthfeel. Light sticky spice/hops and increasing dryness. Super refreshing, 5.5%. One of the best wits I've ever had for sure. Very rich and flavorful for the ABV. Perfectly balanced yeast, spices, and pale/wheat malts. Very well rounded complexities. Will be keeping this around often, as I have been.

Outstanding nitro milk stout. Aromas and flavors of big milk/dark chocolate, cocoa, coffee, caramel, brown sugar, vanilla, cream, toasted oats, nuttiness, and dark/brown bread; with lighter notes of molasses, dark fruit, smoke, char, tobacco, herbal/peppery hop, and yeast earthiness. Mild herbal/spicy hop and roast/char bitterness on the finish. Light carbonation and light-medium body; very creamy, silky, velvety, fantastic mouthfeel. Light sticky hops, chalky char/roast. Lightly increasing lingering hop/char bitter dryness. No acrid/astringency. This was insanely way too smooth, refreshing for a milk stout. Very flavorful for 4.7%. Nicely rich malt complexity with lactose/vanilla; mild earthy hop balance and restrained English yeast fruitiness. Spot on style.

    Is that an English mastiff??

My boss has two English and one Cane Corso mastiff. I love all three. The English are big puppies, the cane corso is a sweetheart (if she knows you -- otherwise she goes into full Roman war-dog to protect her property and people)...

New Braunfels Brewing Black Fury wild ale while grilling chicken on an absolutely beautiful fall evening. Unusual black wild ale with a nice roasted malt finish.

Had a decent nap as I slept off some beer, cowboys losing & way to much grilled meat ( ribeye & jalapeno/cheddar sausage ). Roughtail e-juice IPA as I keep an eye on this night game for fantasy purposes & then on to some zombies...

Excellent Rye IPA. Aromas and flavors of big grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, melon, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, and pine hops; with moderate cracker, spicy rye, toasted biscuit, light caramel/nutty malt balance; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness; and rye spiciness on the finish. Medium carbonation/body, and fairly crisp finishing. Balanced creamy/bready malt and sticky hops in the mouthfeel. Some resins/rinds, light-moderate increasing bitter dryness, no hop astringency. Very smooth, not overly aggressive, minimal warming 7.4%. Really bit fan. All Columbus/Mt Hood classic hops. Balanced juicy, dank, and earthy hop complexity; great rye/bready malt backbone, mild residual sweetness with lingering dryness. Really well made all around.

Fantastic IPA as always, one of my main classic favorites. Aromas and flavors of big grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pineapple, citrus peel/zest, light pepper, and pine hops; with moderate toasted bread, light caramel malt balance; and floral/grassy hop earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/zest, floral, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation/body. Balanced creamy/bready malts and sticky hops in the mouthfeel. Light lingering resins/rinds. Moderately crisp/dry and extremely drinkable; never astringent. Never gets old, always fantastic. I will always love classic C hopped beers, even with all of the new hop varieties around. Awesome vibrant/juicy and lightly dank Centennial hops; balanced bready Munich malt backbone, with minimal residual sweetness. Got some super fresh singles this week.

I can't believe I forgot how amazing Slayer is. I have been listening to the old school albums a lot this weekend. Fucking kick ass drumming.

    Tired Hands Frequency Illusion: Bramble.

It’s a dark sour that is a blend from different barrels, aged about 1.5 years in barrels with apricots, tart cherries, blueberries and blackberries. They say they put some maple syrup in it, but it’s doesn't come through. It turned out to be a great fruit bomb.
