And I don’t know what the Sopranos is, but knowing your burning obsession for all things New Jersey, I’ll assume it has something to do with The Garden State.

 

The Sopranos is some show about tea and crumpets that's on PBS. I only know about it because it won a Grammy last year and your sister made me watch it with her. I have a hard time understanding their accent.

 

Unfortunately, it is true. It ws 8 years ago and was true. Not now. Can drink a six pack. Brain says you gotta piss dude. So i do. A

Very very good. The piney bite in the flavor is a bit too heavy but otherwise this beer is pretty darn fine. Silky feel. Great chocolate, coffee, and caramel notes in the flavor. Upslope - please make this a world class beer and dial down the hops about 50%. 4.02 out of 5.

 

Hope you liked it ! My boy is the lead brewer there. They are doing some good stuff and I do not give him any slack !

I do like that beer quite a lot. I like The Wolf too. I have avoided their beer for a while after buying a few when they were new to market, a few years ago. The first beers out were mediocre, to be kind. Those same labels are still on the shelves, which is weird to me considering the quality of the two stouts I just mentioned.

 

A British period drama on PBS? My wife definitely watches it. I’ll ask her.

So, you’re the asshole my sister was telling me about? When she told me Chicago I told her nothin good ever came out of there. She didn’t listen, but learned her lesson.

I’d recommend the subtitles next time.

 

Hoping she can find some relief. Are docs not giving her something - I know they are edgy on that these days, but !!

I totally understand what you said and agree 99%. PTO -Paid Time OF and their Cuvee are pretty solid as well. The boy went through high school w the owner so they are long time friends. He, and I, when I get the chance are trying to talk the owner into making a barleywine - he is not a fan of the style. Brewery is about 25 miles south of where I am and we get free beer which works pretty nicely !

 

almost forgot, having some SN 2018 Bigfoot. Good, but I prefer BA versions.

 

I prefer 3 Sheep's barleywines to Bigfoot.
