HALP!!!! I done been Ninja'd! I keep a small stash of beers at work, and went to grab one a few minutes ago. Well, some thoughtful soul had actually put an unopened box next to my open box. The box contained (pics in a while):

Avery Barrel Aged project #49 Fimbulvvinter- 12oz bottle (I love quads!)

Troegs Impending Descent - 2017 (I'm a big Troegs fanboy, I was onto them early) 12oz bottle

Brouwerij Kees Barrel Aged Project 17.3 Barrel Aged Barleywine (I love BWs) 12oz bottle

Duclaw Sweet Baby Jesus (love the name, and i love vanilla and chocolate stouts) 12oz bottle

Lickinghole Creek P Mile IPA (a new state tick for me!) 12oz can

Sloop IPArk and Pixie Dust IPAs both 16oz cans (new ticks from my home state of NY!)

And, a very nicely printed out letter. A very pleasant surprise.

This damage was inflicted by a ninja named @Mikexw . Thanks much buddy. if I had had a clue (which we've learned that I'm slow to pick up on), I woulda checked the walk-in sooner. A couple weeks ago, I set a little goal for myself of 60 more new beer reviews before the end of the year, this will push me forward nicely. Cheers!

So what I'm seeing is that @SouthernSips is getting married right after our likely next round? I can't imagine anyone in this group would send him anything to help celebrate his big day.

And, it's happening in the PNW. We enjoy a nice bottleshare up here. We could easily crash, er, um, ahh, "pay our respects" at his nuptials.

 

Just got a text from a coworker that a box from Connecticut just landed for me. Details a bit later this afternoon!

My end of my trade with @Oconomowocian arrived today. I got 12 different styles, including 1 of the 4 I was still missing. Most of the beers look and sound amazing, and I've only had one of them in the past (and it was the only specific request I had in the trade). And maybe best of all, check out the glass....

So, the box has been opened. It was a ninja strike from @brutalfarce . Seems as if he's trying to gain favor for the next NBS BIF. Probably worked. Pics later, but the box contained:

Relic Rain Prayer (apparently, he doesn't realize we don't need to pray for rain in the PNW. It's gonna rain.) 16oz can and The Griffins Horde 12oz can

After they run out of beer at the Oconomowoc Rotary fest (usually with a 1/2 hour to go) they bring out the shot ski and sing God Bless America. I bet half the glasses get dropped before the night is over so that is quite the collectors item!
