Whoops, I was thinking that it was the Port 3rd coast that was getting bottled. If I had realized it was the bourbon version I might've caved and got the port growler. I was way more impressed with the port version than the TC Whiskey BA version (which I assume is very similar to the bourbon version that's getting bottled).

On another note, I thought we used to have a dedicated thread for Chicago Stout Releases, but I couldn't find it for the life of me.

 

I had heard middle of this week when I asked about it last week. Drops are usually on Wednesday or Thursday at my local Binny's, so was gonna stop in tomorrow and Thursday to see if anything showed up.

I heard the same thing from the beer guy at Binny's LP.

 

I may walk over to Oakbrook on my lunch and see what they have going on. I'll update in here if I find it.

 

Looks like it has made it to a lot of stores in and around Grand Rapids. 1 and 2 bottle limits seems to be the norm.

 

Zero and none. I purchased from the General Store last week so that I wouldn't have to truck chase. I am simply passing on info I am seeing from various retail store's social media posts.

Yes! I'm giving away 3-4 four packs to beer buds and keeping the rest for myself.

 

I just spoke with one one of the guys who runs the beer area at the Algonquin Binnys and he says it’s not even orderable and when he talked to his distributors he was told he wouldn’t be getting any. I talked to a friend that run the wine area to be on the look out for me.

Outlook not so good at least at the present moment. I take it doing a day trip to bells this weekend would do me no good to get any would it?

 

Gonna be in the new buffalo area Saturday afternoon into Sunday. Anywhere close by I could grab a bottle or two to bring home? I'm not there often, just an overnight with the fiance, so if you dont want to give up a honeyhole on here, could always DM me. Would love to try it.
