Well, if you are looking for something tasty and more easily available, I'd better recommend you the Schneider Aventinus Eisbock. The one in pic is pure alcohol and is pretty expensive. I acquired it mostly for my bottle collection, to have the (supposed) beer with more abv of the world, not for enjoying its flavors.

Well... over here in Nebraska we don't always get the bomber and King Sue distributions, and even when we do, our allotments don't seem to be very big. Plus they get here later than everyone else TGB distributes to (thanks Johnson Bros). TGB posted on October 1st that they would ship King Sue out in the following week, yet the "72 or so" cans that Lincoln, NE got didn't show up until the 30th and they sold out in a matter of a couple hours (2-5pm, when most people can't leave work to buy beer). They'd go even quicker if the stores didn't put a 1 CAN or 2 CAN LIMIT on them. So the dinosaur hunt is a struggle but I'm sure the struggle is real everywhere so my rant means little to nothing. Hopefully you're able to find some in larger quantities in Indiana!

 

I picked up nothing but old-school classics tonight and I couldn't be happier about it.

 

Pathetically, I had to get my King Sue in a trade.

How silly is that?
