If anyone snags some of these and wants some Black Tuesday, keep me in mind.

Well since New England has yet to see any regular BCBS, I highly doubt we will see these either. :slight_frown:

All you need is a Chicago friend to trade with, lots of us under ISO. Illinois , California , and Colorado are very spoiled when it cOmes to big beer releases. I'm not counting Florida, all they have is cigar city.

Good question and I the think the answer is the obvious one, Rare. I have had it on tap when released and multiple tastings and it truly is the best. I would give regular BCBS 2nd place, coffee 3rd, bramble 4th and then vanilla. I know I know vanilla last but it was just too sweet for me. I actually traded my last vanillas for copious amounts of Firestone 15 and cool west coast brews. This is just one mans opinion!

    when all were fresh.
    Rare > Normal > Coffee > Vanilla > Bramble

With all aged to current times
    Vanilla > Rare > Normal > Bramble > Coffee

    Truth.

FW reserve series are good but they are very widely available especially here in the midwest where there are much tastier offerings west-coasters overrate them because they haven't had the big stouts/barleywines that are coming out of the midwest these days
