Bruery 2018 RS/HS Allocations

I can Confirm Crumbfather will be an amazing BA crumbcake pastry stout.

Also, side question - did anyone see the smaller Black Tuesday logo in today’s email mentioning tomorrow’s Cybeer Monday?? 375 BT perhaps!?

 

Pissed that for the 3rd time this year a beer (Churriosity) did not last through the entire allocation period. I don't understand how they allocate if there isn't enough for all members to get the limit. As a LONG time member this has been the worst thing in an otherwise great year!

 

I opened a can of You Asked for it tonight and it was a gusher. I only had it at cellar temp, but it went all over hell.

 

My cans gushed too. Tasted
fine but were completely flat.

 

Realistically, it seems like we can either have allocations run out due to over-allocating (like how planes will oversell seats on the assumption that some people won't make it) or we can have beers losing exclusivity if they don't sell out. Not sure which I'd prefer, but that does some to be the tradeoff..

 

Yeah Im also bummed. Planned on a 4 pack of churriosity but have had a hectic holiday week. O well, on to the next one.

 

I don't have a problem with these selling out quickly, you just need to get online in the first couple of days after the email and you seem to be able to get the max allotment.

 

Bakery was the same deal. Sold out uber quick, PMR apologized, they ran another beer batch through and cans were on sale within the week. Im sure this will be the same and most likely will have more throughout the week. Either way, as of right now you saved yourself $100 in beer to spend elsewhere

 

It's a collab. There are lots of barriers to just making more, so I expect this will be more like that gross lime beer that everyone was upset they couldn't get more of.

 

Allotment means they should be there for the entire allocation period not within the first couple of days. If they did not have enough to offer the members what they did, then that is misleading.

 

Oh right, the horus hype collab..Duh I forgot.. Also, you mean Last Slice? I have half a bottle leftover from Thanksgiving that nobody could fucking finish. lol

Probably the Red Wine BT 375. I doubt any new releases during the sale, especially with a new month starting the following week.

 

Yeah, why set limits in the first place if it’s going to be first come first served?

 

I am sure we'll get more opportunities at Churriosity, it seems super popular for The Bruery and it's damn good. I'm guessing we'll even see broader distribution of it.
