    Buenos dias, un otro El Jefe de 4Narices. Salud! Also, a little bonus shot of the BBQ carnitas pizza (with Mexican cheeses and some pickled onions on top) I made for the wife last night...turned out great, delicious with a can of this same stout too.

    Light clear gold color with world class white cap and lacing.

    Aroma of rich malt and herbal, floral, spicy hops.

    Taste is a bit hop forward with rich malt quickly following. The hops posses an herbal aspect that's a little more pronounced than I usually get with a Pils style which I suppose is an American brewing touch. Otherwise the hops are bright, spicy and have that firm hoppiness often found in European Pilsners. Malt remains like a percussion instrument providing a bass line while hops sing merrily along.

    Medium texture with balancing carbonation.

    I was looking forward to trying this one and was certainly not disappointed. Remarkably good and I'll look for it again.

    This is super-weird. Tastes like the drink you make when you pour every flavor of soda into your cup, then mix in some booze...but I dig it :grin:

    Drinking the fine GFES in this wintry (not to say crappy) weather, and I’m re-watching the first Season of Prison Break. I had forgotten it was so pretty freaking awesome.

    Wow! I am still on page one. Must be the first month of the new year. I have some non-alcoholic beers in the fridge myself :grin: But not for tonight.

    Having Weird Weather from Mikkeller. And I ealy love the Stella glass for these kind of beers. It has the nice volume of one pint and is somewhat rounded. Borrowed it from the P&O ferry Hull to Rotterdam :slight_smile:
