Moved up the street... well really, back out a street, then spiral around and up a parallel street, but that’s probably also TMI.

Dynasty Brewing is much newer, so it’s less of a surprise this is our first visit. Place added less than a year ago.

Nice how they label the equipment, so workers don’t get confused. They must own an awfully big label maker.

I’m actually having a Mieza Blendery sour - likely spending part of its life in the barrels in the background of the one photo. The wood and tart fruit are obvious on the nose, but the taste isn’t as complex - it starts fine but then waters down. Leads to a refreshing beverage, at least, for 7%. The IPA of the GF is decent.

How does that compare to Pile of Crowns? I loved that one last year.

Dry, but not bone dry. Notes of tropical juiciness, grassy character, some green onion, white grape & berry. Only my 2nd Brut.

Now, onto my second Foreign Objects can. This time, I'm going with Wet Gravity, canned precisely a month ago. This one comes in an appealing murky light orange body, and forms one of the prettiest caps I've seen on an IPA. That said, both lacing and retention are quite standard. The smell reminds me of grapefruit and blood orange. The aroma is pretty subdued overall. Taste follows the nose. There's a good amount of bitter juiciness in here, and the back end is just straight bitter. Slight hint of yeast in the taste as well. The body is a standard well-made NEIPA — creamy, mediumly carbonated, and with no hint of alcohol. I think I like this one slightly more than the Wilfull Delusion.

Sticking with the dark stuff here ba. Double Barrel Bible Belt, bba imperial stout aged on coffee, vanilla, chili peppers, and cacao nibs, collabo from Evil Twin/Prairie. Once again, this beer offers really good balance between the base and barrel notes. Very lush with good sticky chocolate malts and tons of subtle undertone flavors. The barrel does come off a little light at times, and the body a bit chalky. Still, very good and smooth drinking for 14% but I’m not sure I’ll revisit given its price point,

Unfortunately, I can't post pics at this time. Dropped my phone this morning and cracked the screen, so I have it double wrapped in a sandwich bag lol.

Smoking a pork butt for pulled pork, shampooed half of our carpet in the house, and put up a couple picture ledges in the dining room for my wife so far today. I think that deserves a 2018 Wicked Weed French Toast Stout. Am I right?
