Hint #3 - my target's username is at least as long as my own
Hint #4 - my target's state is not part of the name of a Red or Green Monopoly property

 

Hint#3 my target is the only one in their state in this BIF.

 

I'm going to have to break out my son's Monopoly game to crack this one lol.
