Lost Forty just released their Forest King. Its an Imperial Stout that shares its roots with Nighty Night. It was released at 4:00 Monday afternoon. Its a limited run and will probably go fast.

Toppling Goliath has been sampling KBBS, Assassin, SR71, etc at their tasting events around the state.

I didn’t go the the one at the Saucer in LR. I’m sad.

Went to the Frostfest beer festival in Fayetteville yesterday. A good time was had & it was interesting to seen new breweries popping up in state to include some in Harrison ( pretty good beer ), Ozark & few in Rogers that weren't on my RADAR.

I missed all of them. Sounds like it was pretty quiet.

I see I can't beg for someone to hook me up, but how is the BB Barleywine from Fossil Cove, anyone?

Sounds like even wider distribution this year, and quite a lot went out last year. Should be pretty easy to get.

Hope so, that is the one I like throw in as an extra on trades or such. Still the best beer made in the state to me

Flyway just put out BBA Lord God Stout in cans. It’s a contender.

Brewery only, I believe. 60 cases expected to sell out this weekend.

If anyone has any current/future BDCS variants available for a homesick beer nerd, PM me.

Hey where else outside of Ozark should I go this weekend? Thinking about Hawk Moth. Would also like to find some relatively fresh Toppling Goliath as well.

The 2 Hawk Moth Beers I had were very Belgian slanted, but good for the style. TG seems to not be super fresh, but fresh enough down in Fayetteville. I think it's turning over down here, I still check the cans every time. Psuedo Sue is the THE fast mover, other than Dorthy's, not one of my favorites, they all seem to still be selling pretty good here.

Stopped at a liquor store in Ft. Smith and picked up a couple different TG cans. They were dated October and November. I put them down.
