Saw an MLB.com report out of Cincy that ya’ll are throwing caution to the wind and are shooting for 68 wins this year... that would be awesome!

Thanks again @aoampm for some more of that Island goodness. Honolulu Beerworks, Pia Mahi 'Ai. Cheers.

Alex likes this beer because of the delicate honey bee, who anatomically shares the same body to forearm ratio as shown here:

Scooter’s gonna be one of my keepers in fantasy baseball this year. I picked him up last year for only $4. He’s a helluva ball player; gotta be fun to watch.

Sadly, Bell's no longer distributes in Virginia. Got into a pissing contest with the distributor. I guess I will get over but I do like this beer.

Carton French Coffee. Big beer. Nice use of orange brandy wood in here, but no real coffee notes besides some residual green bean bitterness.

Is it Friday? Yes. Yes it is!

Tropical start to the evening with some chicken wings from the local supermarket, they make excellent wings! This whole order cost me $5.98, can't beat it.

Fantastic fruit sour! Dark ruby red/purple color, nice head fluffy retention/spotty lacing. Aromas and flavors of huge sour/tart/tangy blackberries, raspberries, fruit skin/seed, lemon, lime, orange, plum, apricot, red/green apple, red grape/wine, hay, straw, and grass; with moderate wheat, cracker, white bread dough malts; light vanilla, lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tart/sourness, fruit tang, and light spiciness on the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; balanced creamy/bready/grainy wheat, lactic acid, fruit tang, and light tannins in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing acidic/tangy fruit dryness; no puckering. Super smooth, not overly lactic, minimal warming 8.3%. Amazing balance of super jammy berries, Lacto complexity, and pale/wheat malts against acidity. Can said they used 30 grams of vanilla beans for 30BBL. Lol, at least it was actually somewhat noticeable. 4.25

Giving the kids a bath beer. Still plowing through this 24 pack. I gotta admit it’s nice switching between hazy beers and this. Also cheaper:wink:

Didn't finish that last beer from DFH, so opted for something to help cleanse the palate in a hurry.
    Guess what?
    I succeeded!
    Cheers!!

    12 oz. can.
Moderate pour yields a 1/2 inch white head over an amber body with some lacing . Nose of tropical fruit (papaya, mango, guava), sweet citrus (blood orange, tangerine, orange), candied citrus, and slight pine. Taste mirrors nose with a sweet middle and pine resin on the finish. This is a bear! Nice feel and overall, not for wussies as the 11.1 % abv is not really hidden. Cheers!
