    Hubbard's Cave Fresh One Hop DIPA: Simcoe. Haven't had a single-hopped Simcoe beer in a while. Reminds me just how complex this hop can be. Tons of grapefruit, some tangerine, pineapple, some peach, floral, pine resin, and herbaceous dankness. Juicy, dank, and pretty bitter. Only complaint is a touch boozy on the end. Pretty damn good.

    I don't need to know geography. All I need to know is if I gain an hour driving home from Indiapolis does that mean I could drive to Kentucky for bourbon and still get home at the same time?
