I get so mad when I buy my gluten free shit and organic veggies at Whole Foods but then they pack all my health into dead tree bags with dead tree handles.

It just makes me want to cry for Mother Earth.

Tupps has been hitting it out of the park with this series.

The picture doesn't do it justice, but the beer looks like orange juice. The nose is uber-citrusy from the three hop combo, and the taste follows the nose.

The price point may not be great, but the beer sure is.

 

Kicking out / not kicking out Joey was weak. Took them to all out life for me to even keep a song on all the way.

My wife really liked that as her go to...I know, it’s not really a beer, a lambic, a wine cooler...but she enjoyed the ever-loving shit out of her two-a-night nightcap. We have two in the beverage fridge for a special occasion. She went to Empire Deep Purple when AB/InBev pulled the WB plug, but alas, even they have stopped seasonal production for now. Evidently, can’t find find Concord grapes all year round.

"Beer Hall Brawl"- Our house made spaetzle poached in our What Cheer? Pils, battling with Kielbasa, baked gratin style with melty Swiss and a touch of butter. A bit of the Alps that goe
"Pierogi Summit" House made with russets and Farmers Cheese - One with Gochuchang (Korean chili paste) touched w/ Ponzu, the other with Roasted Garlic, touched w/ Creme Fraiche and Chives. Both sitting atop a puree of roasted beets, pears and ginger.

Awww yeah baby! Local German restaurant is closing...so long good spaetzle. My mom used to make awesome farmers cheese pierogies. She’s gone, but my wife learned the recipe and makes a decent representation. Lot of work, making a solid pierogie. I love her for making the effort. Now I want pierogie. Dammit!
