Can the good peeps of BA recommend a hop which gives off a strong lychee flavour? I've tried Amarillo, Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, to no avail. Ta.
I don't know about strong lychee flavor, but I get it from Citra mixed in with all the other stuff. Maybe a mix of Citra and Nelson would get you in the ballpark.
Some people claim to get lychee from Cascade but that probably depends heavily on where it was grown.
