I kind of feel like @VABA going through these beers I am. The Good Beer Company’s Yougo, a perfect American Sour:

Enjoyable. My Mother also approves of this beer:

 

Very nice ESB. Great rocky head retention/spotty soapy lacing. Flavors of big caramel, brown sugar, toffee, brown bread dough/crust, toasted biscuit, and nutty malts; with lighter notes of raisin, plum, fig, pear, red apple, wood, herbal, floral, grass, pepper, and yeast earthiness. Similar/muted aromas, touch of diacetyl. Light-moderate herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Light-medium carbonation and medium body; balanced creamy, silky, bready malts and sticky hops in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing bitter dryness, no cloying/astringency. Very smooth/soft, minimal warming 6.6%. Great rich English malt complexity, balancing earthy English hops, and restrained fruity English yeast. Spot on style example as expected. 3.88

Maibock is very good. You should try it. By the way, "Nose Over Tail" sounds dirty and offensive.

Nice! MaiBuck sounds like it would be delicious! Don't see too much use out of Mt. Hood hops these days. Fuggle varietal I believe, right? Or is that Willamette? Or both? Probably both.

Happy spring beer mates!! Been a while but I went for a booze cruise to MD today and scored a few goodies like this Positive Mental Attitude Pils from Key Brewing Company. Light and malty with super creamy mouthfeel and sharp, crisp finish. This is a crusher for sure. Plus, I love the Bad Brains tribute art. Only fitting to include some BB in the post. Cheers all!!

That was like the 3rd song in the run& very pleasant suprise. I put that up there with Pearl Jam's take for the most part. I do think Willie & Eddie are pretty kindred souls.

Reminds me of Hopslam with additional dry hopping and less honey sweetness. Really dig it.
