    New Vivant winter warmer. Delicious stuff. Great rocky head retention/spotty soapy lacing. Aromas and flavors of ginger, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, caramel, brown sugar, toasted biscuit, and dark/brown bread/crust; with lighter notes of toffee, molasses, licorice, peppercorn, chocolate, cocoa, coffee, raisin, fig, date, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. A bit muted aromas. Light herbal, floral, grassy, roasted bitterness; and yeast, ginger, clove, cinnamon spiciness on the finish. Medium carbonation and body; very creamy, silky, bready malts; light sticky hops/spice, and chalky roast in the mouthfeel. Lightly increasing lingering bitter/spicy dryness; no cloying/astringency. Very smooth/soft, no warmth of 6.1%. Perfectly balanced rich malts, spices, and Belgian yeast complexity. Not overwhelming on any aspect. Really well done. 3.88

    Walked down the street and decided to grab dinner before I Uber home. Tbh, this place fucking sucks - Wursthaus In Downtown Santa Ana. You order your food upfront, then go back to the eating area/bar and hope Miley Cyrus the bartender knows what she’s doing. Which she doesn’t. Meanwhile, you get halfway through your Jever, then walk to the fro t again to wonder why your food hasn’t showed up yet. Won’t be back, BA’s!

    Still, I have love for my best barmate, @TheIPAHunter , let’s get nice and large.
    I almost forget! They are jamming Beyoncé, black eyed peas, and band of horses. What a playlist!
