Milkshake NEDIPA. This was awesome. Opaquely hazy, great rocky head retention/thick foamy lacing. Aromas and flavors of big mandarin orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, berries, citrus peel/zest, and light peppercorn/pine hops; with moderate vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, biscuit dough malt sweetness; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Light pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; very creamy, silky, bready, grainy malts/lactose; some sticky hops; and light lingering resins/rinds in the mouthfeel. Lightly increasing lingering bitter dryness; no cloying/astringency. Very smooth, nicely soft, minimal warming 8%. Awesome Galaxy/Motueka profile. Very juicy and fairly dank/earthy hops; with a great balanced lactose, and wheat/oat/malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering dryness. A bit more drying that expected, but spot on stuff otherwise. Still prefer Fruit Slave. 4.1

A skosh less sweet and equal amounts more toasted oak and this would really be hell.
