    1 oz Simcoe and Centennial (Dry Hop)

    My water will be in the ballpark with 50% RO; 2 g gypsum added to mash and sparge:
    Ca: 81
    Mg: 14
    Na: 19
    Cl: 35
    SO4: 110

    I might tweak it again, we'll see.

    Rogue's Shakespeare Oatmeal Stout - from my Top Beers of Fame to do list
    Rogue's Chocolate Stout - another from my Top Beers of Fame to do list! How convenient!
    Westmalle's Tripel - *bows head* 'nuff said
