Delicious German pils. Fantastic rocky head retention/thick foamy lacing. Flavors of big lemon, cracker, white bread dough, toasted biscuit malts; with some pine, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery hops. Similar/muted aromas. Light-moderate pine, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Medium-plus carbonation, light-medium body, and moderately crisp/clean finishing. Balanced bready/grainy malts and sticky hops in the mouthfeel. Light lingering resins. Moderate increasing bitter dryness, no hop astringency. Perfectly clean lager flavors, no fruity/yeasty notes. Very flavorful/refreshing, not aggressive, 5.1%. Awesome clean pils malt showcase, with perfectly balanced noble hops. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp dryness. Spot on stuff. 3.91

First official post mow beer. And this beer tastes much better to me now as a thirst quencher. Tangy lemon lime flavors are coming through nicley.

    Cheers, BA!

I decided that I really don't like this beer that much. Taste reminds me of BO.

Had two half pours at Suarez (the deliciously chocolately but easy drinking Saunter and the crisp pale ale For kicks); came
Home and had an Other Half dollar and a dream (amazing) and now I’m drinking 99 cent tea, which is weird AF but still better than 90% of the IPAs I’ve had recently:

Hop Butcher Loophole Technicality DIPA (Amarillo/Strata/Galaxy). Really sad this is my last can. Full of peach, mango, and tangerine juice. Also bringing in floral, pineapple, and passion fruit. Damn good.

Another from @The-Adjunct-Hippie. Delicious Berliner. Fantastic fluffy head retention/foamy lacing for the style. Aromas and flavors of sour/tart/tangy lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, apricot, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, and grass; with moderate wheat, cracker, white bready malts; light peppercorn, lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. A bit muted aromas. Light-moderate lactic tart/sourness, and light spiciness on the finish. Medium-plus carbonation, light-medium body, and fairly crisp/clean finishing. Balanced creamy/grainy wheat and lactic acid in the mouthfeel. Moderate increasing acidic dryness, no pucker. Very flavorful/refreshing, not overly lactic, 5%. Great well rounded Lacto/German yeast complexity, with a nice pale/wheat malt backbone against acidity. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp dryness. Very well made for the style. 3.91
