I picked this up 3 weeks ago in MSP and it was 2-1/2 months old then. I almost didn’t buy it, because of its age then, but I’m glad I did because it’s still holding up really well. In my experience, Simcoe hops do well, even with some whiskers, and this is no exception.

I'm a fan. Clean and grainy. Well put together. That goes for about every Von Trapp beer I've ever had. I'd drink this stuff by the gallon if it was distributed around here.

#2, it should be a felony to make a beer this good. The first time I had this was in Aruba a few years ago. It’s better each time I try it. I think I need to reserve a permanent slot in the beer fridge for this magnificent beer.

 

I should drink more beer from this place.
