Omnipollo Vanitas. First review once again. This was awesome. Opaquely hazy. Lasting rocky head retention/thick foamy lacing. Aromas and flavors of big mandarin orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/zest, and light peppercorn/pine hops; with pistachio, almonds, wheat, cracker, toasted biscuit/dough malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Mild pine, citrus peel/zest, herbal, floral, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-full body; very creamy/silky/bready malts and some sticky hops in the mouthfeel. Slight lingering resins/rinds. Lightly increasing lingering bitter dryness, no cloying/astringency. Super smooth/soft, minimal warming 8%. Feels like Galaxy, Citra, Mosaic. Super juicy and lightly dank/earthy hops; with a perfectly balanced wheat/oat/malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering dryness. Outstanding flavored NEDIPA. Would get again. 4.13

That might have been the most exciting 2 minutes in sport followed by arguably the most agonizing 20 minutes in sport
Enjoying this offering from Springdale by Jacks Abby. Totally citrus, smooth, creamy and a slightly weedy finish. Easy drinking at 5 something abv.

Spent the better part of the day tiling a back splash with my son in law, really good kid.


I hope he watched and learned, I might need him to do some work at my house.

New Holland Dragon's Milk reserve Raspberry Hibiscus, 11% ABV. Pours black with a 1.5 finger tan head. Nose is raspberry and lactose. Taste is strong and slightly sweet raspberry, lactose, some roast malt bitterness, and hibiscus. Excellent mouthfeel, overall excellent.

Oh god the good old days. I remember when I would go to Chicago Fire games and the Polish contingent would bring their own mixes with that shit and it was deadly. There was a lemon one and a coffee one as far as i can remember and it was so fucking smooth. I can't believe i remember that
