Maine must suck. Cause I walked past 3 decent pizza places in a town that literally has jack shit to eat.

May I come over to your place? I just saw they sell 12 packs now for $18 ish? That seems like a pretty good deal.

Outstanding IPA. Aromas and flavors of huge tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, citrus peel zest, wood, green pepper, and pine hops; with moderate cracker, white bread dough, light honeyed malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Light pine, citrus peel/zesty, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finishing. Medium-plus carbonation, light-medium body, and fairly crisp/clean finishing. Creamy/bready/grainy malt, some sticky hops, and light resins/rinds in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing bitter dryness, no hop astringency. Refreshingly smooth/soft, not aggressive, no warmth of 6%. Amazing Mosaic, Ekuanot, Simcoe profile as expected. Extremely juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank/earthy hop complexity; with a perfectly balanced pale malt backbone. Mild residual sweetness with crisp dryness. They nailed this: combines the juiciness of NEIPA, with the smoothness of a west coast without the aggressive bitterness. Would get another pack.

Am I a bad person for saying that Daisy Cutter ain't my favorite Pale Ale of all time? Or maybe I'm just not getting it fresh enough? First time I ever had it was after a show at the Chicago theater and bought it at that big ass Walgreens. I've tried it a couple more times since and it's failed to blow me away. Well lawn mowing time is coming up. I blew it off today but, need to do it again soon. But, i should probably finish off my beer fridge first. This is about half my stash if you don't count the 29 hamms i still have. I really need to buckle down the hatches budget wise

I hear ya. Had just two. Nine years of tuition. 4 at JMU and 5 at VT.

You know my friend once it is all said and done, you will feel like a rich man. You may also feel sadness that it is done.

Dude, I think I will have another drink.

Open a frozen pizza restaurant. My buddy had a plan to open a restaurant called "Leftovers" and just serve, well, leftovers.

I was not good with the ladies in my day so got nothing to add today.

Life is different. Daughter #1 met her hubby on some kind of dating sight. Been married for a couple of years and have the most awesome granddaughter in the world.

More Imperial Falling Colors Coffee/Maple. The best porter I've had to date, but it's basically a stout. So thick and creamy for the style. The coffee and maple are definitely still strong. Reminiscent of pancakes with syrup and a side of coffee. So sad this is my last can...the definition of a pasty stout! The adjuncts have held up really well and it's an absolute joy to drink...Cheers!

Maine does suck. Lobster rolls and fried seafood. Locals don't eat that shit, or they cook it at home. So seafood, high end hipster trustafarian restaurants, or four day old Italian sandwiches from a gas station are the only options. And all of them involve a minimum half hour drive.
