Closing it out tonight with a bomber of local Porter that’s just on point. Vanilla and coconut provide a lively backdrop to this toasty, nutty and bitter Porter. It’s a Porter first.

INCREDIBLE local IPA. We don't see exceptional examples of anything around here too often, but White Elm continues to impress me. Just an incredible juicy dank hot mess and it's hitting all the right notes with papaya, dried apricot, fresh mango, pomelo, and clementine. You have to understand we don't see great locals like the northeast or the Rockies or the coastal west do, we get what we get. Some breweries latch on, most don't. I have always been a guy who takes things at face value, ignores hype, and gives everyone a fair shot. This beer is serious business. Check it out if you can. 4.25 out of 5. My favorite White Elm IPA, although Paradigm will always be a personal favorite as well.
