Was watching some Roswell stuff on NGC but for some reason it doesn't quite pique my interest as much as it used to when I was 11. Now I'm watching Restaurant Impossible while my wifey nods off asleep and I'm cracking possibly my final beer of da night. Evil Twin Imperial Biscotti Chili Hazelnut Break, 11.5% ABV, "Imperial Stout brewed with Coffee and Chili with Hazelnut and Vanilla Extracts added".



Let me preface this by saying this beer is always tasty. I have gone back and bought a 4 pack every 3-4 weeks since it has been released in our market like clockwork. What's different here though is this particular can tonight has less sweetness/brown sugar/vanilla/hazelnut and way more chili than other cans in the past (Batch #002). The spice and heat is apparent right off the bat. Delicious? Sure. Just not as well rounded as the other cans I've had.

FYI, this is essentially a 16 oz version of a Prairie Bomb variant. It's just incredible stuff. If you do get a chance to try it and see it hanging around on your store's shelf, and you like spicy, sweet, full-flavored imperial stouts with a medium to thick slick mouthfeel, it's my utmost recommendation that you just go ahead and buy it immediately.
