Here we go. @Bstagnone dropped a bomb on my porch last night! This looks awesome! I have been warned that this is stout heavy and I am okay with that. I’m excited to get this thing rolling tonight. All of the extras look great too and all are new ticks. Thanks and Cheers!

 

@Steban send me this awesome looking box and I jumped right in yesterday with my Day 0 beer - The Watermelon Dragonfruit #chugs. That homemade mead on the end is calling my name. I can't wait to get this party started! Thanks man!

@azuelke told me this morning I should switch this out for another day, as he didn’t want me to drink what was suspected to be an oxidized IPA for day 1. However, I decided to give it a go and miraculously it’s fine.



Taste was a little muted, hard to say if it was oxidation or just how I feel about cashmere. Either way, still pretty decent, just not the best I’ve had from 1840.
