The dual hops (Citra + Galaxy, Mosaic + Motueka, etc.)? It’s been a while and hopefully they’re coming back!

Looking for some intel, appreciate any help. I'll be passing through the Brooklyn location around noon this Saturday, with family in tow. Trying to squeeze in a stop before the vacation. Given the release, will a long wait be expected at noon?

    Thanks in advance.

Shouldn't be a long wait at all for cans, the taproom however will be slammed.

By noon generally you should be able to walk up, although some things may be sold out by then depending. This weeks release isn't too crazy, although they just announced the two Bissell collabs for Sat as well. I would say you should have minimal wait around noon if any and a pick of most of the beers from Sat and possibly some mid week stuff. inside will likely be more crowded, but with the hot/nicer weather its been a bit less busy

Lobster salad or "cream" is the superior form of the lobster roll, fight me otherwise.

Butter or Mayo lobster roll is a really offbeat take on #tose vs #notose.

Especially considering butter contains lactose and mayo does not.

All that aside, I’m originally from CT and I fuxx with both Lobster Roll styles (mood dependent.)

The real question is: Why are they not serving lobster rolls?

    Also,
I kind of assumed they were. Also, I like mayo on many sandwiches but when it comes to lobster roll just gimme butter on the roll and lets rock.

Highroller Lobster (which has some connection to Bissell) has visited before, perhaps they’ll be slinging rolls on Saturday morning?

Yeah I mean if you prefer to eat hot lobster on a 90 degree day with 70% humidity while butter drops down your chin and onto your little bib with a cartoon lobster on it then more power to you.

No, just that cool, refreshing lobster is preferable
