Cut limits on the ROC beers to half a case each apparently.

Looks like Purple Chroma is Roc-only.

They should sell mixed 4-pack of Red/Purple/Green/etc Chroma when they hit 4. They won't, but they should.

I don't know if it's funny or sad that I'm more excited about this series than every single one of the collabs they put out in the past few months.

Kinda salty that we get the Gatorade IPA and two TIPAs while they get the 6.3% all Galaxy IPA.

I wasn't interested in spending any time on line with 110 heat index but that 14.5% stout changed my mind!

Also, not really impressed with Red Chroma. Small Citra is much better.

dang, thats a let down. Guess I will just try it on tap

Edit: I feel like as of late their sub 7% stuff they have released (which isn't much) has not been as good as those beers were in the past. Maybe that's me mis-remembering or those not being as great as I thought at the time. Maybe its them focusing more on pulling flavors out of more hop saturated and higher ABV beers and the lower ABV beers suffering? who knows

I had a couple of 6-7% Deya beers when over in the UK and I think they were better than OH’s stuff at that ABV. The 8-8.5 stuff OH still king

    OBVIOUSLY EXCLUDING HOP SHOWERS

This might be controversial but I actually kinda like Cherry Cheesecake. I wouldn’t drink a pint of it so I’m glad I didn’t buy cans but I thought it would be gross and it was actually better than the Double Motueka I had right before.

Plenty of the UK's IPA factories are more accomplished than their US equivalents at lower boost stuff. Particularly when you get down to super low ABV stuff. Kernel and Cloudwater can squeeze a lot of flavor into a <3% hoppy beer.

They have to be when an imperial pint is nearly 20 ounces.

I got a 4 of this, because my friend wanted it. He gave me a can of it and I have yet to crack it... I dunno, I just feel like I keep seeing people say it tastes like cough medicine

I mean I feel like people associate cherry anything with cough medicine, I never had cherry cough medicine growing up so I can't relate.

Yeah I’m from there. I think it’s more a function of taxation by ABV rather than the extra 4 (or 3 and change apparently) ounces. But they’re definitely catching on in either case. I actually prefer to seek out the cask conditioned stuff when there since it’s something I miss big time. But I’ve converted my bro in law to a beer nerd so he had a bunch of cloudwater, deya etc ordered for our arrival haha
