A couple of years ago, I grabbed a 4-pack of World Wide Stout. When it did not scan, I told the clerk it was $7.99 per bottle (the price marked on the shelf), he insisted it was $7.99 for a 4-pack.

Recently got a big discount on two bottles of Fantome Hiver, because it was "last year's".

I liked it. It's aged well too. To each his own.

Although this is a good deal, they're smaller bottles than normal (8ozs I think), people usually think they're the 11.2ozs.

I found a place last night that has Cricket Hill's Bourbon Porter for $5.99 and Full Sail Top Sail for $6.99. They're $12.99+ at the other retailers in town. Waiting on my paycheck to go stock up.

I just picked up a bottle of imperial biscotti break for $20....heard it was $40 a bottle when it came out. Not sure if it still is or not though.

You guys. So unfair. The bottle shop nearest me recently raised the price of Hop Stoopid from $9 to $12. Not like it's in high demand or anything. They do because they can.

Oh well, I'll go back to buying my Philadelphia Brewing Company bombers for $7. Harvest from the Hood and Shackamaximum Imperial Stout are both solid locals that I am very thankful to have access to in inexpensive form.
