    So I have been trying to get my extra orders in through my CA stores and they seem to be extremely limited compared to previous years. Has anyone heard of this being a staggered release or an overall fewer number of cases produced then expected?

    Central Market in Mill Creek has it. Problem is they want $17! I won't go so far as accuse them of price gouging - free enterprise and all that, but $17? They're sure testing my loyalty. The beer & wine guys there are fantastic & are a huge plus with my beer buying experience but whoever sets prices is on my SL.
    I passed. I already snagged one for $4 less than what CM is charging and am confident I will have no trouble snagging more at a fair price before this is over.

    I heard it's in Spokizee. So I called Total wine and the dumb bitch on the phone said they had it in 6 packs, 22oz, and that they currently had it on tap for $14.99 growlers! :rolling_eyes:

    I said "Deschutes Abyss??? A-B-Y-S-S??" She says "Yes!" all irritated.

    Of course. Can't imagine a much better place to enjoy Thanksgiving. Family flew up from California as well.

    Now if PD just gets in some Abyss today, that would be perfection! :-)

    Stopped by Beer Authority today, they still had some around when I left, but hard to tell as they had hidden them around in the fridges behind other stuff. I grabbed the 3 bottle max.

    Yep. Just stopped by to pick up my yearly supply (5 bottles). Price was $13.99 (plus bottle charge and tax), and right now, there are no purchasing limits. Supposedly they will be getting an additional 5 cases on Friday.

    Is your problem with GI BCBS taste or InBev politics? Because if it's taste then I have no point. If it's a matter of InBev politics than your drinking from the same cup when you buy a Parabola.

    Dawg Pound on University Ave had BBXXIII for (if I remember correctly) $12. They had a keg of Abyss last year so I assume it was somewhat close on price. $13 growlers of Gubna on right now I think.

    Has anyone seen Abyss near Bellevue? Too lazy to drive all the way to Seattle >.< Total Wine in Bellevue is completely out.

    I think FW et al contract with InBev for a service. If they didn't receive the service they contracted for, I would think they would sever the contract. This is not the same as InBev purchasing a brand in part or whole IMO.
