I would disagree. I have seen them ask people whether they belong to a membership and denied people from tasting them. I do not see this as a bad thing, nor would get upset when they do offer a pour of a society-exclusive.

Yeah, Spontanaheim>Train to Beersel and I like Train to Beersel. Chocolate Reign is tasty but oaky from the extended barrel aging but that’ s a good thing for me. Just a note for those that don’t like wood in their beer.

I was also surprised with Spontanaheim. More fruity than sour. Quite delicious, and refreshing in the summer.

Thankfully Chocolate Reign met expectations, loved it.

You think they’d give us a sniff of what’s in the new hoarders box.

Now that cans are de rigueur, what's the over/under we see the Napa/BT collab available in Franzia boxes?

That would be great for festivals and juice boxes for the beach.

Maybe that’s what that BT10 box is? I’d buy a box of BT.

Looks like they're accidentally applying member discounts to membership purchases - someone is going to have to send a lot of apology emails and do a lot of manual billing adjustments later today!

    • Hoarders Small Batch No. 3 I thought it's supposed to be available this month?

I see the email now, looks like a little glitch. I'm sure it'll be fixed soon.

"As a current Hoarders Society member, your renewal is guaranteed through tomorrow."

You can all breathe again for 24 hours, current Hoarders.

I was hoping to try Terreusco and Rue’d Attitude before buying, but looks like they’re not on tap at Terreux. I appreciate the limited quantity notes on the email, though!

Yep, that sure surprised me! Like you said, though, I’m sure that a lot of apology emails will be going out soon.

May not guarantee membership of your choice though - will be interesting to see if "Bruery only" sells out this morning. I think I recall that when Reserve split, there was a period of time where you could still sign up, but only if you took the "Terreux only" option, for example.

If Rue'd Attitude is the same as Rue D'Floyd (which I think it is), it's phenomenal and you should buy all of it. One of my favorite releases from the last few years.

Terreusco is sounding really good after just having my last bottle of Bourgogne Noir a couple nights ago - anyone tried it yet?

Very surprised by the price point on Rue'd. I wonder if they upped it because quantities are limited and they know excitement is high, or whether the ingredient list was more intense than it sounds?

I fully support the business decision to charge whatever they want, I'm just curious. First non-BT base to go above $30?

New tagline for BT10 in the email is "Enjoy our greatest hits" - wonder if it actually is a vertical set?
