I only listen to Taylor's deep tracks, no hits!

It's not one of my personal absolute favorites, but I think it's one of the easiest ones to recommend to anyone because it's just a really solid beer with one of the most can't-miss hop combos out there (citra + mosaic).

This batch of Cosmic Fountain didn't work for me in the same way as the batch from the spring. I rated that one a 4.5 and this one a 4.25. Not sure I can articulate why, but this version is merely pretty good. Does this month's version taste like the one 5-6 months ago to you guys?

I'm actually in the same boat. CF was the first HB that I really enjoyed (aside from being a bit too sweet). This batch seems to have zero bitterness (which I know a lot of people enjoy). But I remember a bit of a bite on the last batch. Maybe it was just a bit more green out of the gate than this batch, but I preferred it that way. Still highly enjoyable, just not quite what I remembered.

Agree. Having my last one now and the hops seem..muted? Remember it being smoother also. This one has a little bite at the end.

I was in town Sunday for my birthday and found some Beef Dipped at at the south loop Binny’s. Gotta say this single hop is pretty tasty!

It’s kind of cool. I think it might be the first single hopped beer they’ve done. Well, aside from galaxy bowl I’d assume.

Is Galaxy Bowl still considered a beer? They haven't made it in over a year. Even a seasonal you would make once a year, one would think. Oh well... must be retired for good.

I'm sure they make it as resources allow. Galaxy hops aren't exactly plentiful.

They released Galaxy Bowl Riff this year (I think in June), so I'd say that 1) they clearly do still consider GB one of their beers, and 2) Ferocious is probably right that they're low on Galaxy hops atm.

Wizard of Oz syndrome. If you put out Galaxy Bowl regularly it will lose its mysterious luster. I know I eagerly waited years to finally try it and when the curtain was pulled back I wasn't impressed.

According to their comment on Instagram, GB will return this year still :grimacing:

(seriously though, I even really enjoyed Riff, so clearly I'm the target audience for GB)
