    Is it as good as the mango/chili gose we had at Craftbeer Corner? I really loved that one, actually bought a can of it afterwards.

    I’m not usually a fan of chili in beer, which I’m sure I ranted about. But this is actually very nice, with an interesting bell pepper note as well... and, it’s only 3.5%!

    Been good all day but really didn’t do anything...back at my “local” hang, from left to right: Westbrook’s Mexican Coffee Cake, Pawley’s Island’s “Little House IPA”, and my last Blind Pig, sharing with my longtime bartender pal:



    Here, no one bats an eye when I order a stout to warm, and an IPA to drink...the Cake is about “baked”...Cheers from Avondale, Charleston SC!

    And we have a winner, definitely my favorite of the Festbiers so far, being the least sweet and most bitter, with some more bready malts and herbal hops, almost bordering on Märzen territory. I would just love to try their actual Oktoberfest Märzen next to this, too bad it's only available in the USA...

    I often double order, to avoid running to the bar all the time, since I drink pretty quickly. Just ask @EMH73!

    I actually fucking LOVE chili in beer, which I should really rant about more often :stuck_out_tongue:.
