What beer are you drinking now? #2524

Snake River Pako's IPA. Excellent stuff. Fantastic lasting rocky head retention/thick foamy lacing. Aromas and flavors of big red grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, honeydew melon, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, and pine hops; with balanced honey, toast, biscuit dough, light caramel/nutty malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation, medium-plus body, and fairly crisp finishing. Balanced creamy/bready/grainy malts, sticky hops, and some resins/rinds in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing bitter dryness, no hop astringency. Very smooth, nicely soft, not overly aggressive, minimal warming 6.8%. Definitely wasn't too fresh, but awesome Columbus/Simcoe showcase. Very juicy, vibrant, dank, and earthy hops; with a nice sized dark/Munich malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering crisp resin dryness. Very impressive old school west coast style. 4.03

Up to you based on the trade relationship what to do, of course. You probably have a better feel for your trader than I do and have done way more trades. I’d say send all six if the decision is too hard

I agree but I got the perfect box and can box them up in my sleep. Done maybe 75. Damn, boxed many in a blackout. Mike, that is not a good thing. I agree.

Have you had any brews from Fine Creek? The reason I ask is that I will get a crowler or two if we meet up. A really small brewery located near me. Daughter #2 had her wedding near there and yours truly enjoyed too many pints.
