I filled my Orctoberfest stein with 2.5 cans of Ruekeller Maerzen last night, does that count?

Was half expecting to see Chocolate Reign make an appearance today, too soon?

Opportunity today. As well as a few others.

If only the pb thursday & jelly was available individually!

Hahaha... same!!! I want my PB&J but not in a weekday set (I already have multiples of those others at the moment.)

I need to save my $$$ for the upcoming BT10 box and the Black Tuesday Release events. The Bruery has really caused a dent in the ole' pocketbook this month!!

Agreed, one saving grace is that '18 BT and '19 GM are some of the better versions of those beers we've seen in a while.

Yes, '18 BT is great, I have a few bottles at home. Just going to have to wait until my wallet recovers.

I probably would have gotten one (I still have one remaining).
But my real struggle is with the cuvees. I finally opened the Bruery cuvees I got from the archiversary sale and loved them and was hoping to get more of them. Not enough to pay for a bundle thats half terreux cuvees though in these times of beer$$ need

Looks like BT Grand Reserve is part of the box.

Ah, I see it now! The video wasn't showing up on the Bruery's "grid" of videos/photos on my phone. Only sometimes when I launch the app. Seeing it now, though. :sunglasses:

Interesting. Having not have had either Reserve or Grand Reserve, is one significantly better than the other?

General consensus at the share I brought each too was that Reserve was a better beer than base BT, but not that noticeably better: in fact, some members of the share preferred base BT. On the other hand, Grand Reserve blew people away.

I should note that these tastings were done blind, but it's super, super obvious which one is which.

Going to echo the above. Reserve is good, but you can just grab regular ol BT and be satisfied. GR is noticeably better and worth seeking out over BT.

I am a little surprised by a few of the recent offerings that haven’t got much mention here. Yes, Chocolate Reign was amazing but I have really enjoyed Island time, the new s.h.i.t., and all the cows. As much as I try to avoid extreme abv beers the Bruery does them so well. I am looking forward to being a hoarder in 2020, my bank account... not so much.
