    You were very much missed. I still remember when we hung out with @cjgiant that day at Ocelot. One of my favorite days ever. Also your exchanges with @TheIPAHunter used to be the reason I checked this thread on my sober days. Welcome back x1000.

    As far as I’ve seen, and I look, not a beer we get here in the States...a grocery store beer in England and Scotland, and my favorite “Export” style Guinness. If anyone in USA has seen this beer on their local shelves, please PM me! Thanks for sharing P! D

    Really surprised considering Guinness legacy all around the world and it also has made history in the US. It’s possible though that their West Indies porter just isn’t available for y’all. You’re welcome!

    That stout was my “go to” cheap beer buy at the grocery stores last year in the UK, and it was great tasting...I can’t wait to drink it again - Cheers pal!

    Haha! No, my sweet spot is 3pm and that's only because when I was working, that's the time I would get home. Out the door at 430am, home at 3pm. Walk the dog, pour an IPA. Let's goooooooo!!!

    look: 3.75 | smell: 4.25 | taste: 4.25 | feel: 4 | overall: 4

    Hazy, yellowish orange body; thin head yet nice sheets of foam coat the glass. The smell is a dead ringer for freshly squeezed orang juice. Orange juice taste upfront, but a fine hop bitterness and mild biscuit-like malt flavor follows closely on its heels. Heavy body; full and rounded mouthfeel; juicy yet finishes fairly dry.

    I sampled this on draught at the N3 Taphouse in Colorado Springs. I'm of the opinion that a slightly warmer beer temperature would really expand the already fine sensory experience. Regardless, the beer is delightful and inviting.

    I’d guess we all enjoy maintaining some sort of routine in our lives even if we are living differently than 10 or more years ago. It’s reassuring in a way which include beer drinking too. Nothing is set in stone for me, I just need my 2-3 beers a day. Oh well you all know me by now; I just don’t drink before I snooze out late in the evening otherwise I’m good to wake up twice during the night to pee. Sorry for these details. I’m old.
