Yes! Popped into the tasting room yesterday before picking up my stuff at the Fulfillment Center. I specifically wanted to try Cows and Chocolate Cows. You hit the nail on the head with your description of pudding cups! Regular Cows was good but Chocolate Cows was Wowzer!! So much so that I needed to take home a crowler of it, in addition to the 4-pack I was already picking up.

I’m always a little letdown when I can’t taste the ingredients noted in a beers description. Not so in this case! Yum, yum yum

Yeah that is easily my favorite wine hybrid from the Bruery. My last one froze but it was still tasty when it thawed. I'm hoping there will be some available in an upcoming archive sale. Made the mistake of only buying an extra bottle last time.

Received an email this morning stating that BT event tickets will go on sale this Wednesday, as well as information on all of the upcoming BT offerings. I assume this is when we’ll find out final content, cost and allocation #s of the BR#10 box

In case they are useful for anyone on this last day of September allocations, here are my thoughts on the first half of the HS box:

Rye Have Blue Dreams: Excellent. Clear and present blueberry flavor that elevates the sour. Somehow the blueberry and lavender and rye interact in a way that gives off a cinnamon flavor and aroma, but it really, really works. Definitely a standout so far.

Banana Goat Boys: There is a lot of banana here, especially when the beer is cold, but it manages to stay on the "actual banana" side of the flavor spectrum, avoiding coming across as too candied or artificial. Fruit subsides as it warms, letting more flavors come into focus, and creating a very nice, balanced beer.

Share This Vanilla: I'm not a big fan of negativity, so let me just say that I did not finish my glass of this one. Very hot, way too much artificial vanilla. Aging might improve the heat, but would probably take longer than the vanilla will be around for it to get into balance. (P.S. Has the use of the Share This brand as a philanthropic endeavor just been dropped?)

Overall, two very solid beers so far! Rye have blue dreams is a clear favorite for me. I'm looking forward to two of the remaining three (I'm not entirely sure why there has to be a rose hip sour in every one of these boxes), and can certainly share my thoughts on those (though it'll be too late for allocations).

Bold Prediction: I think $250 before discount, one per customer (regardless of membership level) and sells out in a few hours (maybe a day or two, hopefully). I'd be F5'ing the f*** out of it (not directed at any particular staff member... sorry, had to, LOL), but I teach from 9:30-11:45 tomorrow and can't justify stopping my class to buy it (hang on everyone... Professor need some beer, LOL!!!)

Hoping bottle #4 is either Oreo BT (they may have to call it "Cookies and Cream BT" because of trademarks), Mostra Tuesday, or Black Tuesday Reserve (not Grand Reserve).

I just opened a can of Cafe Cocoa! Wow!!! As I've previously mentioned, despite my negativity in the past, their stout game has been PHENOMENAL this year (Bakery Banana Bread, Blueberry Muffin, Vermont Maple and Island Time, Cows/Chocolate Cows, and now this!!!)

Excited for BT10 (see above post), but their non-BT stouts aren't something to blink at!

You're the boss, you can stop class, just set up a slide show and step out for 15 minutes. Surprise quiz/test can be a good filler of time too.

Wait, the box is being released today? I thought it was supposed to be released on 10/9 - did I miss something?

I think you're right. Today is supposed to be the final release of info for all BT events and sale. In theory we'll get the final bottle of the box and maybe pricing.

Right - from the email I received a few days ago : “Expect a big Black Tuesday email on Wednesday - event tickets will go on sale that day and we'll be releasing ALL the Black Tuesday beer information as well.”

So #4 is BT Pancake. Didn't get to try that at FWIBF last year, but heard good things about it.

I'm glad you were wrong, about one per customer regardless of membership level.

I will be content with 2 boxes.

So my email says the presale is for 10/9, so that means 10/10 for Reserve?
Or is it 10/9 for reserve, 10/8 for Hoarders?

    Current Reserve, Hoarder for 2020.
I didn't get the email yet, can someone share the info? Thanks.

Unfortunately it is all images in the email, so can't really cut and paste. Here are some highlights:

-BT Box is $240. Limit 2 for Hoarders and 1 for Reserve. 12 bottles total, 4 variants x3 (see above posts for all 4). Available 10/9.

-BT Grand Reserve is Hoarders only. 2x375ml bottles are included in membership, and Hoarders can buy 1 additional 375ml for $30. That's equivalent to $60/750ml bottle. Pretty sure that is a new high for Bruery! Available 10/9.

-As much regular BT "early access" as most people are likely to want! (Limit 24 bottles + 6 cans for Hoarders and 12+4 for Reserve)

    -Tickets for various release/tasting parties.

Just plan it into your lesson/lecture for the day. You'd probably gain a lot of clout with these young adults. Guide them away from the case of Natty.
