Looks like the same ABV and hops used (OR Mosaic and WA Simcoe), I’d say no new entry.

Orenco Taphouse got some. (Assuming that Hillsboro falls within your definition of PDX.)

Deschutes in the Pearl put on 6 fresh hop beers yesterday and I think they have them on through the weekend. FH Mirror Pond is one of my favorites every year.

Saw that. Am tempted to stop by this weekend, but in the past have not been greatly impressed with there FH efforts. FH mirror pond has been decent in the past, but that's the only Deschutes FH beer I can recall ever enjoying.

On the other hand, I saw that several places around town are pouring Reuban's FH double crush, which I can't wait to try.

not my favorite establishment for a number of reasons, but Loyal Legion has a pretty incredible FH selection going on right now.

Thanks for the tip. Have adjusted my weekend schedule accordingly.

I had Trap Door's Co-Hop (Centennial and Amarillo) FH IPA last night during the Hawks game and really enjoyed it. Hazy but the yeast didn't overpower the hops.

You'd probably have the same experience this year. I thought Chasin' Freshies was better this year than in previous years, and they had a nice subtle FH lager, but FH Mirror Pond was still the standout of the bunch. The DIPA is way too sweet.

My parents are down in Portland this weekend, what are some local FH cans that they should grab for me? Level or Ex Novo stuff still around? Those are two breweries who don't distribute up here (well, we randomly get Ex Novo but the fresh hops don't make it).

Culmination's stuff should still be around. Both the IPA and DIPA are excellent as always.

Not sure if Level's FH stable genius is still around, but would highly recommend it if it is.

Did Bend Brewing send up cans of their Fresh Trop?

Not sure. Have only seen it on tap down here so far.

I haven't seen it listed under Belmont's fresh hop new arrivals, which leads me to guess probably not.

Fh stable genius has been out for a while, the green might be a bit faded now...

Yeah, the original version came out two or three weeks ago now. However, I wasn't sure if they came out with some more recent versions with a different hop strain.

Still might be worth a try though. I had some Culmination momentary lapse of reason that was roughly a month old last year, and it was still very, very good (with plenty of wet hop character still).

A two-three week old canned fresh hop is perfectly fine. Some of you people need to relax.

Culmination ships their stuff up here and Chucks got both of Ruse's fresh hops. Sounds like I should have them look for Level and Ex Novo.

Enjoyed pours of Wet Wired (Mosaic) and Yakima Caviar (Citra) at Cloudburst on this Friday lunch hour. Both were great, but I have to give the edge to Yakima Caviar, which was 1-2% lower in ABV.

Gotta say, Cloudburst really seems to succeed with fresh hops. Their standard hoppy stuff is all solid, but they stand out from the pack with their fresh hop stuff—Green Means Go was pretty great this year, too.

Anyone going to the Yakima FH fest tomorrow? Looking forward to it, particularly anything Barley Browns brings along with them.

Gonna have to disagree pretty strongly on this. There are usually pretty massive differences in fresh Hop beers from week one to week three.

So at Ben's Bottle Shop right now and the FH Bodi keg that went on yesterday is almost gone. Sooooo good. Probably one of my favorites this year.
