Bruery RS/HS Allocations (2019)

I had to give the email a double take when I saw it was way out in the middle of nowhere.... a bit of an odd spot to have it when there are only a handful across the country, ha.

 

Can someone tell me the breakdown of the BT 10 Year Anniversary Box?

 

12 bottles @$240. 3 bottles each of 4 varieties. Spicy island (pineapple/habanero), Samoa cookie inspired, pistachio vanilla and blueberry pancake.

What time does SMM start? Might actually get to go to my first one on Monday!

 

When you show up and start drinking, or 3pm. Whichever happens first.

 

BT Grand Reserve is available for SMM. Rueze Reserve is not.

 

Did anything else get added? The website doesn’t seem to have anything new listed.

 

BT 2019, Chocolate Rain 2019, Dark Rain, SHiT 2019 are the ones I can remember off the top of my head.

That Malibu Carbonic Terroir Project beer was not an option when I was there around opening.

 

Yes it was available last night. Not sure about the 8/10 oz pours. Wasn't paying attention to that.

Admittedly was disappointed a few of the upcoming allocations were not up for offers at 4-5pm. I thought that was the entire point of pushing allocations back until after SMM. Looked at their taplist again this morning and tripel berry and reuze reserve got added so looks like I'm stopping by again tonight.

Really enjoyed the Terroir pour though, so safe to say I will grab one of those.

 

There was mention, on IG I think, that the BT box will be available to ship/pickup around the time of purchase. So yeah. Looks like they changed the program a bit from previous years.

 

Roll call for BT party attendees? I am planning on the 2nd session in the evening. Drinking tears with my fellow hoarders.

 

Have tickets for the first session. A little on the early side but will allow enough recovery time to enjoy the Brunch on Sunday

 

So on the taproom website it says Grand Reserve of the 3x Bourbon variety and not the Brandy finish. Is this accurate?

Finally getting to the latest brews now that my boxes arrived. John lemon kind of tastes like graham pledge. But in a good way. Brite w/ coconut vanilla is reminiscent of sourento, but obviously lighter. Rue’d attitude is tasty as fuck but def coffee forward and lacking any vanilla. Subtle cherry. Marzen is wonderful. Could crush that every day. Wil drink more tomorrow.
