    Yeah, I'm a sucker for cinnamon and it used to be so hard to get. Like once a year Abraxas or Mexican Cake would come out and that was it. Now, in addition to others, OH is dropping cinnamon every month it seems like.

    On a separate note, I'm seriously considering shlepping back over to OH in the rain/cold to cop another 4-pack of Hop Showers. Drank a can of HS after the vanilla stout last night; I swear the HS can had more viscosity.

    I didn't get any coconut under the bananas, almonds, and caccia bark in Prop :stuck_out_tongue:

    I kid, but coconut (toasted or not) is great and it's good we have so many great coconut beers available, like cinnamon, at least a stout every month or so from OH! I have a soft spot for coconut porter from Kona or Oskar blues. One of the bigger letdowns was Avery's.

    My personal favorite additive now is strawberries. There aren't many but hopefully that changes soon!

    as good as this HS is, there's an aftertaste happening I can't quite put my finger on. not good or bad...just different.

    I love 'nilla in stouts. Dogfish Head Vanilla WWS was my jam. Speaking of coconut, I just had a bottle of Big Poppa last night, and it's the first time I've had a beer with coconut that didn't taste overly fake and sweet. As the kids say, that shit was thicc. Highly recommend picking up a bottle if any of you are into trading.

    +1'd on not liking maple.

    I had no doubt you were right, I was just reviving that joke about the two looking similar, mostly because of that faux-hawk. But that's a "celebrity" sighting I didn't expect to see mentioned here.
