Did you have Diamond Reflection? Thought that was one of the best I've had this year.

Would it be bad form to suggest a 2020 OH - Rochester thread?

No.. I remember hearing good things tho. The Nelson (yellow?) Chroma was also really good.

Doing periodic dry streaks has definitely caused my palate to shift. Really can't do the dessert Berliners at all anymore. Shared cans of Mixed Berry Crunchee and Syrup Caddy last night and I couldn't finish either of them.

I am by no means an "insider," but when I asked about it last weekend, I was told that the beer simply hadn't "come together" in the way that they'd hoped. The person I spoke to was honest enough to imply that new brewers may have been involved with this batch and QC is still being worked out. In fairness, brewing is a complex process, and this sort of thing can easily happen.

On the other hand, if Other Half brewed reasonably sized stouts with limited adjuncts more often, I imagine it would happen less.

For anyone looking for straight up stout, Sixpoint has a Double Oak version of Master Blend releasing on 26th. OG Master Blend was pretty awesome, no need for every adjunct under the sun.

It says the 25th which is a Friday. Is that a mistake?

I'm back in the US, what did I miss, is @rozzom banned again? Key Lime Pie beers, fruit beers, and a Galaxy Hop Showers, anything else?

Also this batch of Go With The Flow is awesome. No lactose 6.5% IPA that drinks with plenty of body and is packed with flavor. I'm really excited for this to be a regularly available. It's among the best single ipas to come out of OH

I wish they would non-DDH Green Power. That first batch could have been the best sub 8.5 ABV beer they ever put out.
