Just a heads up for those in the area. This seems to be a new development (<1 month). I saw the following:

    Allagash Black
    Allagash Curieux
    Allagash Four
    Anchor Christmas Ale magnums
Ballast Point Sculpin (22oz, dated 02/05/2013)
    Chimay Blue
    Duvel Tripel Hop
Firestone Walker Double Jack (dated sometime in Sept I believe)
Lost Abbey Gift of the Magi
    Lost Abbey Witches Wit
    North Coast Thelonious Monk (750)
    Rogue Dead Guy 64oz growler
    Rogue Double Chocolate Stout (750)
    Rogue Imperial IPA (750)
    Stone Ruination (22oz, dated 12/25/2012)
Unibroue La Fin du Monde (750)

In the case section, they have Jubelale and a Firestone mix case.

The IPAs are unrefrigerated, of course, but the freshness of Sculpin (assuming a 3-month lead time) is hard to beat.

    Daddy's waiting(hoping) for celebration cases....

Fresno has double bastard for 5.99 and harvest for 3.99. They've certainly stepped their game up this year

They sell single 22oz/750ml there? Damn! The Costcos down here just sell 600 packs.

My local spot puts out cases of celebration for 9.99. They haven't arrived yet, cant wait.

I'm hoping this trend continues up at foster city costco

A few Costco's in Fresno have nice craft beer sections they started about 2-3 weeks ago....cases, 22's, special magnums, etc.

    Good growing trend!

Santa Rosa Costco just got a bunch of 22s/750 bottles, but the selection at Santa Clara looks much better!

I've seen and picked up that Firstone mixed case a few times. Helluva deal when you compare the prices of the sixers alone. I have to stop by Costco soon and see if they stepped it up in my area. I don't even have a membership, but I don't need one to go for beer, score.

I live right by the Santa Clara Costco but never bothered because none of the others in the area ever have anything worth picking up in quantity... will have to check this out!

Every time I see someone post something like this about Costco, I find it hard to believe. I have never seen anything of that nature here in the LA area Costco stores.

Thats too bad, especially considering what a large and burgeoning market LA is.

Our local Costcos even get Parabola 22's....not massive quanities, but the deal of the century at $11.

Used to live on The Alameda right across the freeway from the Coleman Costco. Now I live in SAC (Natomas) so I usually go to Woodland.Just the usual Kirkland,Pacifico,Corona and a couple others.Although they had Anchor Steam for a good price I wouldn't want a whole case.NO bombers.

My dad had told me a while back that San Leandro Costco had Drakes Denog in bombers.Of course the fact that they are across the street is probably just a happy coincidence.Maybe I need to go to the Cal Expo Costco.

Wish I'd seen this earlier. I drove out to the Mt. View Costco today to pick up a cheap magnum of OSA. Also grabbed a St. Bernardus Christmas Ale, and a couple of $3-off Beefeaters. Pretty good craft selection at that Mt. View Costco too--I think they had most of what you saw at Santa Clara, though I don't recall seeing Lost Abbey.

Wow. I've been sending e-mails to Santa Clara, Mt. View, and Redwood City Costcos for a while with specific suggestions on expanding their craft selections (down to which breweries to buy). It looks like two locations listened, or maybe it's a coincidence.

My next step is to get banned from Costco.

Was at the Roseville Costco today and found Firestone 16, 3L Rogue Santa's Reserve, and Anchor OSA Magnums. Not too bad compared to other Costcos. Back in June they also had Black Butte 24 for 9.99! Costco is definitely getting better and better for craft beer!
